Heeralal Yadav Law College, established in 2005, is one of the oldest self-financed law colleges affiliated to the University of Lucknow. The college was founded by Mr. Shyam Kishore Yadav (Ex-MLA, Sarojini Nagar) and Mr. Ram Singh Yadav (Advocate) in the cherished memory of their beloved father Late Shri Heeralal Yadav Ji (MLC), a visionary leader who devoted his life to public service and education.

Since its inception, the college has been committed to providing quality legal education and preparing students for the noble profession of law. Recognized and approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi, the institution has earned a strong reputation for academic excellence and holistic development of its students.

At Heeralal Yadav Law College, we offer LL.B. (3 Years) and B.A. LL.B. (5 Years Integrated) programs. Our teaching methodology combines theoretical knowledge with practical exposure through moot courts, internships, seminars, legal aid clinics, and workshops led by experienced academicians and legal professionals.

Our History

The journey of Heeralal Yadav Law College began in 2005, when it was established as one of the first self-financed law colleges affiliated with the University of Lucknow. Founded by Mr. Shyam Kishore Yadav (Ex-MLA, Sarojini Nagar) and Mr. Ram Singh Yadav (Advocate) in the loving memory of their father, Late Shri Heeralal Yadav Ji (MLC), the college was envisioned as a center of excellence for legal education rooted in values of justice, integrity, and service to society.

Late Shri Heeralal Yadav Ji was a respected leader and educationist who dedicated his life to public service. Milestones in Our Journey

2005 - Establishment of Heeralal Yadav Law College; classes for the LL.B. (3 Years) program commenced.

2008 - The first batch of LL.B. (3 Years) successfully graduated.

2013 - Introduction of the B.A. LL.B. (5 Years Integrated) program, expanding academic opportunities for students.

2018 - The first batch of B.A. LL.B. graduated, marking another milestone in the college s growth.
